Barefoot Panama provided an amazing experience from start to finish! Kevin was so quick to respond to any questions I had and arranged for a timely pick up and drop off from our hotel, hassle free! Our tour guide Gonzo was absolutely delightful! He was so informative and educated on Panama, wildlife, indigenous culture, and nature. He was funny, and personable. Gonzo was also so patient with making sure we all got to see the monkeys from each island, he knew so much about each species of monkey and told us funny stories about the different types. We really enjoyed our tour, and had a great time! 10/10 recommend booking a tour with Barefoot Panama and requesting Gonzo as your tour guide!! You will not regret it!

I booked the Monkey Island Tour (1/2 day trip). Good personal coordination in advance. Pickup was super punctual at my hotel, which originally was not on the list. Unfortunately, we have not seen so many monkeys and no sloths, even though Jorge and the boat driver have made an extreme effort. The visit to the indigenous was also informative and interestingly designed. Overall a nice and relaxing day.

I booked the Panama City and Canal tour. Easy and efficient booking system with an email the day before from Kevin to confirm the exact pick up time from my hotel. When Jorge arrived at my hotel I discovered it was just the two of us. As a solo traveller I really appreciated BP being prepared to run the tour for 1 person. Jorge was friendly, informative and accommodating. He conducted a "bilingual" tour so I could practice my Spanish and I picked up some new vocabulary. We arrived at the Canal in perfect time to see 2 container ships transit. Fascinating. Also, Casco Viejo, including a perfect coffee stop, the Amador Causeway, Bridge of the Americas, various photo stops. And we saw some wildlife, including 2 sloths which Jorge spotted for me. A great tour. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing customized tour with Kevin. He was there in advance and the car was clean and spacious. Everything went smoothly. The drive was quicker than expected while still being safe. Kevin is very nice and knowledgeable.

I took a San Blas Island overnight tour with Barefoot. This is just transport to the boat, boat trip and they drop you off on an island. No tour, no snorkeling, no shopping, and an untended mola stand. I think that’s fine but the ads were misleading. Another shack was being built next to the one I was in, so hammering all day and the restaurant played loud music across the island. The restaurant served a decent lunch but no coffee or tea for breakfast but all the beer and wine you want. Quite disappointed. The islands themselves are idyllic and people were friendly. I think maybe I just came at wrong time of year or something.
