I have been a client for 3 years and have always been very satisfied with their service and professionalism. Unfortunately my comment today is not going to be good and I am very sorry that it is so. The measures that they have decided to adopt as COVID protocols are not benefiting them and at least in my case, I am looking for a spa that is more suited to what I am looking for. What I am looking for is comfort, when you go to a spa you are looking for relaxation, time for yourself and what I have found is layers and layers of extra steps and requirements how to carry two large towels, first for space and then for practicality who asks to carry two big towels?! Don't they have good laundry service? Or do you want to position yourself as a low cost spa? They would not do justice to their treatments and professionals. Wait in the sun outside? Not a good start to service... Bring two masks? Is it a WHO recommendation? Absurd and a pity again!
