Located in the historic district of Panama on the 3rd level of @casacasco which is a Club-Disco and terrace housing three different fabulous restaurants to choose from and enjoy a night out in the lovely city. Pictured above is the Cobia Ceviche which consists of Lychee, corn and lemon then filled with a foamy Leche de tigre which really brings it all together. ???? I also has the Taco Tacos which are octopus and pineapple tacos that come with soy and jalapeños which was truly a combination I never knew I needed. ???????? The food looks good but that’s it. The spices were super intense but in a very bad way. I couldn’t finish my food. The chicken was horrible also the buratta, the salmon tasted old and bad. I was here with my girlfriend we needed to go after to another restaurant because we are still hungry. I can’t believe that someone like the taste of the food. I go after directly next to primitivo to eat there again.
Excellent diner gourmet fusion rooted into Latin cuisine. Definitely worth a visit, excellent attention and cuisine with reasonable prices. Must try starters all great. We tried mains such as pulplo, brisket chimichruri, sea bream... Delicious lots of savour combination. Arturo Mendoza excellent amphytrion
